 ENF now operates a resource center inside the Warren's Family Surgical Center on the first floor in the Acute Care Pavilion. Soon, we will operate a second one on the third floor of the same building. In these centers, we offer a variety of resources to inform and empower families who are affected by cancer and other life threatening illnesses. We help families access information on housing, employment, financial aid, cancer treatment information, and other forms of assistance. We are there to help them navigate this unknown territory and to assist them with their immediate needs. Our computer lab with Internet access is available for the use of parents and adult family members (over 18 years) during our hours of operation. We also have a copier and fax machine.

Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 1:00pm
 The Emilio Nares Foundation is honoring Chairman Greg Cox for providing $9,000 in funding for furniture, books and other materials for the centers.
"I'm very honored to be accepting this award but I feel even more privileged to be in a position where I can help a great cause like the Emilio Nares Foundation," said Cox. "I've been fortunate at the County of San Diego to have the ability to reinvest in our communities and when I heard about this project, I was happy to be able to provide community projects funding for the centers."
