REFUNDS:
Ticket donations are non-refundable. In the event you can not attend and would like to send someone in your place please contact Rachel Kaloian at 619-911-1732 or email at enf.development@att.net

Tshirts and other apparel may be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Items must be in unused, unwashed state. Please contact us to arrange your return or exchange before sending it back. Customer is responsible for shipping return fees and shipping exchange fees.

SHIPPING:
Event Tickets - We will send you a letter and donation receipt within 2-4 weeks after recieving your donation.
- You will check in at Harvest for Hope with your name to gain entry to the event. Tickets will not be mailed.

Apparel / Items
- Your order will be promptly shipped with the chosen carrier.
